Lewis F. Warbington

Lewis F. Warbington gave 55 years of dedicated service to Ohio Agriculture and the world for the betterment of both rural and urban people. Major contribution in this area, was the organization of Ohio's Farm Bureau Advisory Councils. He organized Shelby County in the worldwide humanitarian project through "Neighbors in Action" providing food to starving West Germans. He was awarded a silver trophy by the West German government for aid given German people after World War II through "Neighbors in Action." He was presented with a silver plaque for 50 years of distinguished service to Ohio Agriculture by the Ohio Farm Bureau in 1966.
