Everett G. Royer

Everett G. Royer, Madison County, has served Ohio agriculture for 47 years-as a County Extension Agent, founder of the Ohio Soybean Association, and most recently as the head of a farm management company. As Extension Agent, his major accomplishments were in the areas of soil conservation, pasture improvement and beef cattle improvement. As one of three founders of the Ohio Soybean Association, he was instrumental in the passage of Ohio's Marketing Enabling Act and served on the Steering Committees of two grower investment check-off referendums. He presently is a professional farm management leader, heading a company that manages approximately 40,000 acres in Ohio.
