Roy M. Kottman

Roy M. Kottman. Reno, Nevada, formerly of Franklin County, retired in 1982 from The Ohio State University as Vice President. Dean and Director of the College of Agriculture and Home Economics, the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center. and the Ohio Cooperative Extension Service. During his 22 years at Ohio State, he provided strong leadership for one of the nation's leading higher education programs in Agriculture, Home Economics and Natural Resources. Through his efforts, Ohio has benefited from the establishment of the School of Natural Resources at OSU and the Agricultural Technical Institute in Wooster. As a leader, scientist and educator, he has been a catalyst for agricultural progress with a positive influence in all walks of life. He is Associate Director, Agricultural Experiment Station, University of Nevada.
