Cecil H. Robinson

Cecil Robinson, Delaware County, has been an aggressive farmer and an agribusiness leader for more than 50 years. Cecil is probably best known for his commitment to the hybrid seed corn industry. His intensive and dedicated efforts in seed corn selection, production and marketing has rewarded him with respect across Ohio and beyond. As President of Robinson Hybrids, Inc., he has provided leadership which has enabled the firm to be an innovator in developing a marketing concept to help farmers make informed choices in selecting and growing corn hybrids. His convictions and belief in research and education has placed him in several significant leadership positions. He is past president of the Ohio Agricultural Extension Advisory Committee, past chairman of the Capital Improvements Committee For the College of Agriculture and a member of the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center Support Council.
