Food Safety and Food Fraud

Food safety and food fraud continue daily to make media headlines and have impact on the way our agricultural and food industries conduct business.  We know that each year 48 million people in the US. are affected by foodborne illness, and the World Customs Organization places annual global cost of food fraud at over $49 billion.

OAC is please to have Dr. Brent Shoy of the Battelle Institute share how data analytics, probabilistic risk and vulnerability assessment tools can help our industries make informed decisions to impact and improve world health.
